How quickly are the products delivered?
All our products have 2-6 business day delivery.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled. After that, you can track its progress using the OmaPosti app. You will also receive a message and email when your order arrives.
How does delivery work abroad?
We currently do not ship outside of Finland.
What are the shipping costs?
Our delivery costs are a flat rate of €6.90.
Is there a pick-up option?
Yes! From Oulu, Kaakkuri. In this case, please contact us either by text message or email before placing your order.
How can I return the product?

Is the return free of charge?
